Private beta terms

The terms for using Alchemify’s invitation-only beta.

Updated 10 October 2026

The service

Alchemify is operated by ACREATIVE AI LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16324185. Registered office: Level One Basecamp, 49 Jamaica Street, Liverpool, L1 0AH. Contact hello@alchemify.io for help or a complaint. The beta is intended for businesses and creators who are authorised to manage their own content and accounts. Access is by invitation and features may be incomplete or temporarily unavailable.

Your account and content

Keep your email and devices secure. Use only accounts and content you are entitled to manage. You retain your rights in content you provide. You allow us to store, process and display that content as needed to deliver the actions you request in Alchemify.

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, access another customer’s workspace, distribute malware or send spam. Do not attempt to bypass account or usage limits. We may restrict access where necessary to investigate misuse or protect the service and other users.

Review before publishing

You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, permissions, destination accounts and timing before approving publication. A draft or scheduled item is not proof that a platform has published it. Platform rules, account eligibility and service availability may prevent or delay posting. Third-party platforms have their own terms.

Connected accounts

When you connect a social account, you authorise Alchemify to publish to it only the content you approve, at the time you choose, and to read back the post’s status and results. You can disconnect at any time.

Alchemify uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube and using Alchemify’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Alchemify’s access to your YouTube data at any time in Settings or in your Google security settings.

Free beta access

Invited testers we mark for free beta access can use Alchemify without charge during the beta. Signing in does not start a paid subscription or automatically buy AI credits. Future paid plans, credit purchases and their prices, renewal and cancellation terms will be presented separately before any purchase.

Paid plans, free trial and renewal

[Danny to confirm: solicitor review of the paid plan, refund, cancellation, dispute and trial terms in this section before paid plans start.]

Paid plans are not enabled yet. This section describes how they will work and applies to a plan from the moment you buy it.

A plan is monthly or annual and renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. A free trial lasts 7 days, needs a card, and turns into a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends; the first payment is then taken. Before the first payment we send you a reminder email about 48 hours ahead, with the price, the date and how to cancel (this starts together with paid plans). During the trial your AI credits are limited to a small fixed allowance, and X posts that contain a link are not available until your first payment has gone through. Publishing to X is also subject to a monthly allowance for each plan, and a post that contains a link uses more of it than a plain post.

Cancelling

You can cancel in Settings at any time. Cancelling stops renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If a payment is late, access continues for a further 48 hours while we collect it; that grace period is for access only and gives no new credits. If your plan is refunded in full, or a payment dispute is lost, the subscription ends at once.

Refunds

Your 14-day right to cancel (consumers). If you are buying as a consumer, not for your business, trade or profession, you can cancel within 14 days of signing up (the day you start your free trial or buy a plan). When you sign up we ask you to confirm in a separate box that you want your service to start immediately. If you then cancel within the 14 days, we refund what you have paid, less a proportionate amount for the service you have already used. That amount is the larger of two shares of what you paid: the share of your paid period you have used, and the share of your plan’s AI credits you have used (not the two added together). The free trial days are not charged for. If you did not ask for your service to start immediately, nothing is deducted. We refund to the card you paid with within 14 days of you telling us you are cancelling. Business customers do not have this statutory right.

Our goodwill refunds. In addition, and for consumers and businesses alike, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first annual payment, and within 14 days of each annual renewal payment. Email hello@alchemify.io and we will refund it to your card.

Otherwise. Apart from the above, we do not give refunds for the unused part of a paid period if you change your mind. If the service is faulty, or we end your contract without fault on your part, we fix it, reduce the price or refund the unused part, as the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights.

Payment disputes

Please contact hello@alchemify.io before disputing a payment with your bank: we can usually fix a billing problem faster. While a dispute is open, we pause AI credit spending, credit purchases and publishing to X. If a post goes to several platforms, only the X part is held and the others are sent as planned. You can still sign in, edit drafts, publish to your other connected platforms, export your data and read your workspace. If the bank codes the dispute as fraudulent or unrecognised, or does not say what it is for, we freeze the whole account until it is resolved, to protect you and the account. If the dispute is lost, the credits from that payment are revoked and your subscription ends at once. If it is decided in your favour, spending and X publishing resume. If we froze the whole account because of suspected fraud, a person at Alchemify reviews the account first and restores access after that review. Credits that were used or released while the dispute was open are not restored.

Availability and ending use

Keep a separate copy of important work. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular publishing result during the beta. You can stop using Alchemify and request account deletion. Tell us about problems at hello@alchemify.io so we can investigate.

These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Changes affecting your use will be explained before they apply.
