Report a security issue

Send a private report

Email hello@alchemify.io with the subject “Alchemify security report”. Include the affected alchemify.io page, a description and the minimum steps needed to understand the issue. Use your own account and synthetic data for any demonstration.

Do not access another person’s information, disrupt the service, send us secrets, or publish private data. If you encounter someone else’s data, stop and describe where you encountered it without copying it.

Scope and handling

This contact is for Alchemify at alchemify.io. Third-party platforms and unrelated Alchemy Creative services are outside this scope. We will review reports and may ask for clarification. This page does not authorise testing, offer a bounty or promise a response deadline.
