Make a request

Email hello@alchemify.io from the address you use for Alchemify, with the subject “Alchemify data deletion”. Say whether you want to delete your whole account or specific brand, content or connection data. Do not send passwords, sign-in links or social access tokens.

We will verify that you control the account before acting. If you cannot access that email address, contact us and explain the problem. Automated account deletion is not enabled in the current beta; the email route is available for requests.

What deletion covers

An account deletion request covers your Alchemify workspace information, saved drafts and uploaded media. We will explain any limited information that must be retained for an outstanding operation, security incident, dispute or legal obligation. Backup copies are subject to the hosting service’s backup lifecycle.

Connected accounts and the waitlist

To remove a connected social account, disconnect it in Settings; we then delete the stored access credential. To leave the waitlist, use the unsubscribe link in any waitlist email, or ask us to delete your waitlist record.

If you remove Alchemify in your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings, Meta tells us and that account is disconnected here. If you ask Meta to delete the data Alchemify holds, we delete the stored access, the account identity and the results we collected from that platform. Records of posts already published stay in the workspace until its owner deletes them.

Social platforms and local drafts

Deleting Alchemify data does not delete posts already published on a social platform, or that platform’s own account data. Remove those through the platform. You can also revoke an app’s access in the platform’s connected-app settings.

Offline drafts can remain in browsers or installed apps on your devices. After exporting any work you want to keep, clear alchemify.io’s site data on each device. Clearing site data discards unsynced changes.
